Greater Geelong

Individual Home Support provides disability and NDIS services for participants throughout Greater Geelong, helping people access practical assistance within their homes, accommodation settings, and local communities. Our services include supported independent living, specialist disability accommodation, medium term accommodation, assistance with daily life, social and community participation, short term respite, TAC support, and DVA support. We work around individual circumstances and approved support arrangements, providing assistance with everyday routines, personal care, household activities, accommodation needs, community access, and other areas of daily living. 

Our team also works alongside participants, families, support coordinators, carers, and relevant professionals where appropriate. With Greater Geelong forming part of our Victorian service area, participants can access support that is practical, respectful, and suited to their individual requirements. We aim to make accessing appropriate assistance straightforward while supporting meaningful participation in everyday life.
