Individual Home Support provides disability and NDIS support for people across Greater Melbourne, with services designed around individual circumstances, daily requirements, and personal goals. From our base in Derrimut, we support participants with Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Medium Term Accommodation, Assistance With Daily Life, Social and Community Participation, Short Term Respite, TAC support, and DVA support. 

Our team works with participants and their support networks to provide practical assistance at home, within accommodation settings, and throughout the community. We can help with everyday routines, personal care, household activities, community access, accommodation transitions, and other approved support needs. Our Greater Melbourne coverage allows participants to access assistance closer to where they live while maintaining a consistent approach to communication, safety, and service quality. We also support surrounding Victorian communities when required.
