Individual Home Support is a registered NDIS provider delivering personalised disability support across Greater Melbourne and surrounding Victorian communities. We work with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to create support that respects individual goals, preferences, dignity, culture, and choice.
Our services cover supported independent living, specialist disability accommodation, medium-term accommodation, daily living assistance, social and community participation, short-term respite, TAC support, and DVA support. Every service is shaped around the person receiving it, with a focus on safety, independence, confidence, and quality of life.
We take professional standards seriously. Our support workforce is experienced within the disability sector, with appropriate screening and essential credentials, including first aid and relevant working with children checks.
